License Types: 

There are 3 types of license:

 

- Individual license: issued to an applicant for an operation, for one or more materials intended for one or more recipients, limited in quantity and amount, subject to a period of validity.

​

- Global license: issued to an applicant for one or more operations, for one or more materials, intended for one or more recipients, without limitation of quantity or amount, assigned a period of validity, renewed by tacit agreement.

 

- General license: decree published in the Official Journal, including lists of products, authorizing any supplier or exporter established in France to carry out exports or transfers of these products, without limitation of quantity or amount, to one or more categories of recipients.

LGT FR 101  - to armed forces and contracting authorities 

LGT FR 102 - to certified companies

LGT FR 104 - for test and demonstration (armed forces)

LGT FR 105 - for test and demonstrations (private companies)

LGT FR 106 - police forces, coastguards & boarder guards
